What’s new in this version
Hotel Mobile version 1.40 introduces valuable new features helping users to increase operational efficiency and to provide a better guest experience:
- Linen change & towel change indicator
- Housekeeping credits
- Accompanying guests
- Guest Preferences
- Alerts
Tablet users are now made aware of alerts indicating important information needed for arrival, departure and for in-house guests.

- Reservation screen
- Availability
- Minibar posting
Housekeeping attendants are now able to post minibar articles to the guest’s room bill while refilling the minibar in order to increase the accuracy of the guest’s charges and to increase operational efficiency.
For mobile phone users
Items can easily and intuitively be added or removed to a shopping cart and be posted to the guests account.
On the small form factor this feature is currently available to Android phones.
In a future release of Hotel Mobile it will also be available in iOS for iPhones.
For tablet users
A new menu icon has been added to the navigation bar in order to access the new feature.
Following the same design patterns as existing screens in Hotel Mobile users will benefit from the intuitive shopping cart functionality that makes it quick and easy to post minibar items to the guest’s account.
